The
Process
First and foremost, therapy should be a collaborative process. Together, we will:
- Identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviors.
- Enhance self-awareness through reflection of past and present.
- Foster resilience to navigate life’s challenges of today and future.
I incorporate various evidence-based tools and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster resilience and practical skills. I use tools derived from personal development Coaching, motivational interviewing and Solution-focused Brief therapy to examine and encourage forward movement. Additionally, the reflective and introspective process of developing awareness and insight through psychodynamic therapy is among the most evidence based practices available.
My aim is to support you on your journey toward healing and personal growth, offering compassion and understanding every step of the way.

Approach
I blend insight-oriented psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT), and parts work (or IFS) to create a safe frame for self-exploration and healing. Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and trauma-informed approaches, we can work together to process and heal from chronic and acute traumas.
